I want to start this off by saying. . I walked into work without the intention of purchasing a car and it took that one customer to change my mind. Eric not only took the time outside . I walked into work without the intention of purchasing a car and it took that one customer to change my mind. Eric not only took the time outside of his free time to appraise my vehicle right on sight he also sat down with me and listened to everything and anything I wanted in my future car. What went from me selling him a line turned into a full blown consultation as if we were at Universal Nissan itself. From car payments, down payments, looks and feels he found out everything I wanted and heard all of my hesitations.The part that amazed me was when he was listening to me he was truly taking on the role of a friend and everything he offered was genuine. Not one sales pitch. That was what sold me. He genuinely wanted to find real life solutions and only made promises he could keep. That was the comfort level needed to get me to finally break my fear and pursue wanting to get myself into another car. On sight he was determined to help me save money on my insurance and once he had an appraisal he promised he would get me into a car that day. Carmax had offered me 10k for my car yet he not only said he would beat it but he did. He got me an appraisal for 12k,enough to pay off my current car loan and have a bit left over. As said, before he even got it appraised he said that's what he was going to do and he achieved it. Can I reiterate.. this man was off the clock. Once he left he immediately started looking for something that made me happy. Taking everything into account that I wanted to see in my new car. He texted me options of every kind and face timed me for those cars that he knew I would love. (It saved us so much time and that alone was major kudos.) When I arrived at the dealership it didn't matter how late I got there. 7:40 when they closed at 9. He took the time to drive me around the parking lot until I saw the car that I wanted. He would show me the ones he knew would make me happy yet would be in my price range. I quote "I want whatever makes you happy." Dealing with him was like dealing with a family member that truly put your needs above everything else. Once we found the car he made magic happen once again. He walked me through the full process whilst ensuring I was comfortable. At every hesitation he would sit down and find solutions with me. Realistic solutions and even took the time to teach me a thing or two about different lines of credits. When the banks finally had their approval he seemed just as excited for me as I was for myself however he knew what my budget was and he made that happen for me. I'm not sure what strings he pulled but I will forever be grateful that he made it happen for me. I went from a 2018 Sonata to 2022 N Line in a matter of a couple hours of meeting him. He introduced me to my dream car and once he knew it was he said he was going to make it happen for me-- and that he did. If you're looking for someone who is impressionable, patient, determined, knowledgeable and dependable I am confident Eric is your guy. Eric, thank you for everything that you did for me. I had a good experience with this company and rated them 5 stars I also had my Nissan Maxima serviced there and I could not stop telling everyone how good the service was and they also did a follow up to see if I was happy. Wow what a difference a couple of months make. I had a noise coming from the underside of the new pathfinder and called service to see if they could take a look and find the problem , there response I could get an appointment in 8 days so I set up the appointment for 7/6 at 11:00 am I arrived about 20 minutes early which was good as it took 20 minutes to check in (new service guy) went into waiting room and waited 1 hour and had not had an update went to check on status and was told the mechanics were being thorough and it would take a while. as I left the service office I noticed my car sitting in the lot right were they put it when I came in. I asked the advisor why it was not being looked at as i had an appointment at 11:00 and he replied that just like a doctors office if you have an appointment at 11:00 you may not get seen until 3:00pm . I told him this was unacceptable and I was not staying here all afternoon my wife and I stayed another 30 minutes the car still had not moved I told the service advisor we were leaving, he asked me to wait so he could print the paperwork for me to sign I said i would after waiting another 10 minutes, no paperwork we left about 20 minutes later I get a phone call, Paperwork is ready!!! Really got home tried to call the GM surprise unavailable transferred to the Nissan "Greeter" Voicemail and that leads us back to here my suggestion if you decide to go here for service roll some dice before you go you might get Lucky like we did the first time UPDATE I was contacted by Susanna from the dealership who apologized for the treatment I had received on my last visit and promised to make it right, a short time later I received a call from the service dept. manager who explained this is not normal for there service and was going to take care of it. I am satisfied with the solution he provided and I am looking forward to the Great service I was provided the first time More
