This dealership Universal Nissan at 12785 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando FL 32837 cheats customers. They play with the time and needs of the clients. I live in Lakeland, Florida and I found online a 20 Blossom Trl, Orlando FL 32837 cheats customers. They play with the time and needs of the clients. I live in Lakeland, Florida and I found online a 2024 Nissan Rogue that they had for sale for $23054. I called the Dealership to verify that the car was available for sale and Julian, the sales person, confirmed that it was available. We talked about the out the door price and he gave me an estimated price of about $26,000 but I had to go to the dealership in person. It took me 2 hours on the I-4 to get to there and when I did the Julian had left and his friend, another sales representative, came to me, looked up the car on the computer and said that they had it there but for a different price $27258. He went with the sales Manager and told me that the car had been sold. They either sold the car in two hours or were they trying to trick me. After that, they asked if I wanted to buy a used 2024 Nissan Rogue 15,000 miles for the same price. They said that it was a new car that they take and sell to the service department to make the monthly sales bonus. This is outrageous. They treated me with such little respect and dignity. This was a huge waste of time and money for no reason. I would leave zero stars but that is not an option. More

This was one of the best & easiest car shopping experiences I have ever had! I live about 3 hours south in Fort Lauderdale & connected with Joshua Gum the online sales manager prior to my visit. I explained what I was looking for and he quickly checked the inventory and worked the lease pricing with the Genesis salesperson Jacob McKinney and sent them over to me. I was pleased with the numbers and was able to complete most to the initial paperwork & place a deposit to hold the vehicle for me to get it the next day. Being able to communicate with Joshua virtually to shop was such a relief and he was attentive to my questions & messages. Once I arrived at the dealership, the car trade-in appraisal was smooth and even the finance office processing with Billy was fast & painless. I am so impressed with both Joshua & Jacob, they were so helpful, kind & accommodating. I really appreciate that everyone makes you feel very comfortable & didn’t put any pressure or try to upsell me on extra packages & stuff like other dealerships do. It was worth the 3-hour journey to have excellent customer service at Universal. I have already been referring the Universal to friends in the market for a new car! More
