I’m not impressed with the automatic text messages sent regarding servicing needs. I was contacted that I needed servicing but when U called was told I didn’t need servicing. Another time the text said tha regarding servicing needs. I was contacted that I needed servicing but when U called was told I didn’t need servicing. Another time the text said that “based on my driving habits” I may need servicing. I did not agree to monitoring of my driving habits!!! I called about this and no one was concerned, They said it was just automatic messaging. Really annoying and upsetting. I felt that no one addressed my concerns. The sales can person also advised that the first owner(6000 miles) returned the vehicle because of family needs and additional children coming but later I discovered that it was actually transferred from another dealership. I think it was a demo but will never know the truth. I had a warranty for my trade in and wanted to have it fixed before trade in but was pressured to buy. Is it loose it. I did not get the value of my trade in. I should have received at least $5000. More in the deal. They said they took that amount of if the price instead but I should have gotten a discount and full trade in, I was told either or. It was totally wrong to take advantage of me that way. I had to purchase gap insurance because the used vehicle cost more than what it was worth and I even traded in a good vehicle that should have taken the price to value, So not enough for trade in, not a good discount and had to pay more $$$ for insurance. I will owe more that the cars value for at least 2 years. Not happy. I was ripped off. More
