The thought of buying a new car always made me cringe. I did not want to deal with pushy sales people. Thankfully that was not the case when I went to Universal Nissan Orlando. I had a wonderful first car buying experience. They really took care of me. We walked in and got to look around without people bothering us. Chris was extremely thorough and made sure I was completely educated on the vehicle. Even on the test drive he directed me to different aspects of the vehicle so I could feel it first hand. Once I officially bought the car, it was after 11pm. Chris stayed with me and explained the Bluetooth, xm, and navigation system. I plan to recommend my family to Chris specifically. More
