My experience with Universal Nissan and Chris Oliva was a good one for the most part. The only 2 things that I have issue with is the fact that I did not get payments as low as I would have liked it to be a good one for the most part. The only 2 things that I have issue with is the fact that I did not get payments as low as I would have liked it to be and the fact that my payoff took as long as it did, causing me to be 30 days past due on the vehicle that I traded in. Chris Oliva was a great salesperson though. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was purchasing. He also gave his cell phone number so that I could text him with any questions I had for him which was very helpful especially when I was at work and could not talk. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly as well so like I said, my biggest issue is that the payoff for my trade in took too long. More
