I purchased a vehicle from this location 2 years ago and decided to go back when it was time to trade my car in even though there is another Nissan dealership closer to my house. I love that they are patient and honestly want you to gta good deal not just make a sale. I heard the new 2012 Altima design will be released soon so I may be back sooner than later. Brett was great. Purchasing a vehicle with Universal Nissan Orlando was a great experience. I lived 3 hours away from the dealership and Robin Johnson was a great help in personally evaluating the vehicle and working with m great experience. As a first time car buyer, I was very apprehensive about visiting any dealership. Sultan was the best sales person I could have asked for, as he spent 6 hours of his day with me, walking me step by step th visiting any dealership. Great Experience on buying my BRAND new Nissan Altima! Go see Guillermo and Chris. Traded in a Gas Guzzler Tahoe due to traveling more> I actually went to look at a used Altima, but after test driving the Ne see Guillermo and Chris.
