We did not think we would be able to purchase a "newer" van due to our credit history. We went into the Dealership with the idea that there was not going to be a way they are gonna finance us. Not only were they able to help us out (we filed bankruptcy in 2008 due to a heart attack and job loss ) with a loan but they did not make us feel "small" .We felt and still feel like part of the Family. We did not buy a Nissan,we bought a Town and Country. My wife has been fully satisfied with it and has helped her greatly to have a reliable van to take our disabled kids back and forth to hospital visits. Brett Livingston was for us a real blessing handling our sale. He went above and beyond. I am a restaurant manager and I know people have a choice when going out to eat. I am so glad that Brett Livingston is back at Universal Nissan. I first met him when I bought a used car from him when he worked for Cadillac. He called me when he started at Universal Nissan and about 6 m Nissan. I first met him when I bought a used car from him when he worked for Cadillac. He called me when he started at Universal Nissan and about 6 months after that I was ready to trade my car and bought an Altima from him. Three years later I called him on his cell phone and he informed me that he was working for a motorcycle dealer but he referred me to Jose St.Hilaire at Universal Nissan. That is when I got my Maxima. Mr Jose was just as good to me as Brett was before. I also met Mr Tony G. and at that time I became a Universal Nissan "Customer for Life". They make it so easy and fun I decided that there was no reason to go anywhere else. In November 2010 I received an email from Mr. Brett Livingston to tell me that he had returned to Universal Nissan. The timing was perfect. I set an appointment and went to pick out my new Maxima. I feel that I got a GREAT deal. Honestly I could have haggled or maybe even paid less money someplace else. But when you have the best dealer (Universal Nissan) and the best sales person (Brett Livingston) why would I devalue myself by saving a few bucks to get inferior treatment. I paid a fair price and got top-shelf care and treatment for now my third car in 9 years at Universal Nissan. They are the BEST!!! More

I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP WITH MY WIFE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR. I HATE CAR SHOPPING AND I HAVE TO CONFESS THAT I DONT FEEL VERY HIGH ABOUT CAR SALESMEN,BUT THE SALESPERSON WAS SO PATIENCE AND POLITE THAT GOT CAR. I WAS LOOKING FOR A NISSA ALTIMA COUPE AND I ENDED BUYING A HYUNDAI GENESIS 2011 AND I LOVE THIS CAR. MY SALESPERSON MR. TITO MELLA SHOWED ME LIKE 10 DIFFERENT CARS BECAUSE MY WIFE IS VERY HARD TO PLEASE. I'M IMPRESS WITH THE PATIENCE OF THIS PERSON, HE WAS ALWAYS MAKING US LAUGH AND TOOKED THE TIME TO TAKE ME AND MY WIFE FOR TEST DRIVE LIKE SEVEN TIMES. FINALLY WHEN WE DECIDE TO PURCHASE THE HYUNDAI GENESIS THE NEGOTIATION TOOK ONLY LIKE FIFTEEN MINUTES. I visit this dealership just to get some information about the Nissan Altima 2011 and the sales person Tito was very frendly and professional. The place is clean and with a great selection of cars. I have been going to many different dealerships to check out the different prices and which cars i like the best and even though i like Nissan cars this dealer was by far the worst one the sales representat out the different prices and which cars i like the best and even though i like Nissan cars this dealer was by far the worst one the sales representative dident show me any cars and all he was talking about since he started supposedly helping me was how i was going to pay and who i should have to co sign for me. he dident even know what kind of car i even wanted to look at, i then told him that i like to drive manual cars and he said o let me go inside and check which of the cars are manual the guy was gone for 15 minutes leaving me wondering around the lot on my own by the time he came back i already wanted to leave he introduced me to his sales manager and started talking about the financial things again IM SORRY BUT IF YOU HAVENT SHOWED ME ANY CARS WHY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT HOW IM GOING TO PAY FOR IT. I've been to numerous dealerships in the past week shopping for a used car. This dealership by far was the worst experience of the lot! I will not ever shop at a universal dealership and will go out o shopping for a used car. This dealership by far was the worst experience of the lot! I will not ever shop at a universal dealership and will go out of my way to tell friends, family, and co - workers to do the same. I'm usually a very thorough shopper, I had researched the used car inventory online (and granted that fluctuates frequently). I gave them the stock number for the vehicle I wanted to see. They proceeded to make us wait 10 minutes, then took down our information, and made us wait again while the salesperson "checked to see where the car was on the lot." After that wait he took us out to the lot and of course there was no car. They had us wait again "to find out where the car was" only to be told that it hadn't gone through processing yet. "At which time the price will be higher" Which makes me wonder why they bothered to list it in the first place. Was overall a waste of time, and is definitely one of those dealerships that only makes you angry. I'm used to dealerships playing some internet games and trying to lure people in. But they never tried to show us the vehicle listed, and never tried to show us any vehicle at all until we had already been waiting around for over half an hour. I highly recommend you not waste your time or spend your money in a place with such poor business ethics and practices! More
