This was one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. As a female purchasing a car I was very impressed. I test drove 2010 Jeep and really like the car. As he was running numbers for me- my husband and daughter went to the 106.7 tent and meet Whitney and she got all kinds of swag. She was so excited. They also enter a contest and she won 2 Universal Studios tickets too! the Jeep was just out of our price range but we saw a 2010 Nissan Xterra and I didnt have time to test drive. I made it back in the evening and test drove the car and ended up buying it. the whole process was great and everyone was friendly. I will now contuine to purchase my vehicles from Universal Nissan. Our van had literally blown up so we needed a new one. We felt that Universal should have some culpability since it had been in for a diagnosis 13 days early. We ended up with the GM, Al Chalachatori and he was rude and arrogant. He recorded us without our knowledge. He wouldn't listen to anything we had to say. When it came time to price up the van we wanted, he gave the salesman a price almost $2,000 above book retail and close to $5,000 above what other dealers were getting. I wrote a letter to Nissan and I am waiting for a reply. This is by far the worst dealership and worst car experience I have ever had. We originally went there for repair because they had such a good rating with BBB and we were from out of town. I hope other people check deeper and don't go there. More

I was surprised that Brett called me the next morning to get us started on the financing process without coming into the dealer. He was quick to return my calls and we were feeling confident that we would have something at the end of the day that was reliable and gas efficient. He allowed me to test drive my first option and after that, he helped ease my concerns by showing me exactly what I was looking for. I purchased my second Hyundai Sonata with Brett and I'm loving my new car. After a little bit of negotiations, I feel both sides came out winning. They were willing to work with us and my husband and I felt like we got a great deal. I look forward to getting another car from these guys in the coming months. More
