This is our second purchase from Universal Nissan, both with Mike Jahangir. He is an exceptional salesman! First, we purchased a used Toyota Matrix in 2006 and we just traded that in for a new Nissan Sentr with Mike Jahangir. He is an exceptional salesman! I went to the dealer for a specific car and learn the SUV I thought I wanted had no rear air in its 3 rows of seating. My experience with Universal Nissan and Chris Oliva was a good one for the most part. The only 2 things that I have issue with is the fact that I did not get payments as low as I would have liked it to be a good one for the most part. The only 2 things that I have issue with is the fact that I did not get payments as low as I would have liked it to be and the fact that my payoff took as long as it did, causing me to be 30 days past due on the vehicle that I traded in. Chris Oliva was a great salesperson though. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was purchasing. He also gave his cell phone number so that I could text him with any questions I had for him which was very helpful especially when I was at work and could not talk. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly as well so like I said, my biggest issue is that the payoff for my trade in took too long. More
