Eduardo truly considered and explored my needs and wants. I had to remind myself that he was a car salesman, because it felt as if I had a friend helping me with a difficult decision. As usual there was a frustration with the length of time the process took, but that apperas to be par for the course. We had some frustration relating to some items that were out of their control: 1) We were not happy with the restrictions Hyundai placed upon us in terms of exterior and interior colors. We did not like the yellowish (?camel) leather that was obligatory with the certain exterior color options. Why was this? I would have preferred the red exterior, but we could not stomach the leather color that came with it. 2) My 2nd option was to get a Blue exterior with the grey leather, but there were none of these available, even after waiting 2 weeks. This was disappointing as well. So we had to wait a long time for our third exterior color choice. In any event, I now have my car and I'm happy with its performance thus far. We'll see if it holds up as well as the other three Hyundais that I've purchased over the years. More
The sales person I dealt with was very kind and tried his best to find exactly what I was asking for. After a few tries we finally found it. I met Eduardo Del Rio when I arrived at Universal Nissan approximately three weeks ago while looking for a potential new vehicle which I accepted. I have good mutual respect for Eduardo as he helped me sel approximately three weeks ago while looking for a potential new vehicle which I accepted. I have good mutual respect for Eduardo as he helped me select the best possible vehicle at the best possible price. I enjoy driving my blue Nissan Altima. I can't complain at all about how my Altima drives and performs. This is my third Nissan Altima from Universal Nissan and it has proven to be a very reliable car for me. My only regret which has nothing to do with Eduardo's exceptional customer service. My only regret personally is that I procrastinated a bit from not turning in my 2009 Nissan Altima sooner. I could have taken advantage of Universal Nissan's sales event from this past Memorial Day. At the same time, Universal Nissan did send me correspondence. I just wish that I had the chance to save even more money if possible. I understand that we all have to make a living, and I get that we all work hard as possible to earn everything we make. I just wish I had the chance to maximize even a better deal as possible. Overall, Eduardo, and the rest of the sales staff at Universal has worked with me real well over the years and to that, I am very grateful to drive a Nissan from Universal Nissan. Thanks again. More
