After 2 weeks of xxxx car shopping, I went to Universal Nissan's website to look at their Internet specials and found a car I loved. We were greeted immediately by a warm smiling face eager to be of assistance. Ronnie S. went above and beyond to be courteous, informative, and helped us to select just the right vehicle per our needs. We s to be of assistance. We selected a Pathfinder, it had all we needed and also extras that gave us that extra luxurious feeling we wanted. The price for the vehicle was very reasonable for the outstanding value. Universal's team worked with us as if we were family and made us feel at home. Their expert service technicians went straight to work detailing it to perfection and also repaired a scratch so well it was invisible when they were finished. We are so pleased with Universal and Ronnie S. that we purchased two vehicles that evening, and yet another Pathfinder two days later! We are truly a Nissan family with Ronnie and the whole Universal Nissan team!
