This was the best buying experience I have had. I purchased a Nissan Juke 2012 from universal Nissan and Mr. Robin Johnson was excellent in coordinating all aspects of the transaction. This was a truly "no hassle" experience. Price was negotiated up front via the Internet, we came in and test drove the car and left 1.5 hours later with a new Sentra. Here's what made this my easiest, most pleasurable car-buying experience yet. 1) The Internet functionality gave me the information I needed so that I knew what I wanted was in inventory. 2) The pho car-buying experience yet. 1) The Internet functionality gave me the information I needed so that I knew what I wanted was in inventory. 2) The phone calls in advance by Robin Johnson collected information about me that allowed him to have everything ready for me to customize my experience, and make it as fast as possible. 3) The closing negotiation was respectful and transparent. 4) The financial closing was fast (although probably a little too fast) 5) The walk through of the car to orient us to it was thorough. These were the primary aspects of the experience that were so positive, but I was also impressed with the greeting, the appearance of the dealership, and the high-energy environment. More

Chris was amazing to work with! He worked really hard to get us the best deal he could, and he was really nice and friendly. You could definitely tell that he had a passion for not only Nissan, but for help get us the best deal he could, and he was really nice and friendly. Recently bought a sentra spec v from universal nissan and walked away very plaesed and satisfied.
