I went in looking for a Nissan Sentra. Eduardo was very helpful he got us a great deal on a Nissan Sentra SR. This was the first car I have leased myself. On Friday July 26, 2013 I purchased a bran I was amazed at the customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience and price~ WOW! On Friday July 26, 2013 I purchased a brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue SV from Eduardo Del Rio. He went above & beyond the call of duty to answer the numerous questions my father and I asked. I arrived with the intention to merely "shop around" but Eduardo was so well equipped with knowledge about the Nissan that we ended up buying. Originally what drew me to Universal Nissan was their internet ad for a Brown 2013 Nissan Rogue, therefore once I informed Eduardo of this, he spent over an hour searching Nissan's vehicle inventory with us to locate this particular vehicle. Being that it is summer and we are in Florida ~ none of us wanted to walk the huge lots, so we drove another Nissan to look for the one I wanted. Eventually after searching high and low he could not find the "brown" Rogue, but we came across a brand new Platinum/Gray Rogue SV. He insisted that I take it for a test drive. The test drive was fabulous. Nissan's CVT transitioning transmission is super smooth, plus this vehicle has awesome gas mileage and even though I had done previous research on the Nissan Rogue & read that some drivers were not happy with their test drives, I absolutely loved my test drive. This vehicle is safe and drives as such. I wasn't shopping for a race car and I am a practical, sensible, part time UCF student and employee - therefore, my needs were met with great satisfaction! Norm LeBlanc made his negotiations with me seem effortless - he listened to my needs and made certain I absolutely loved this Nissan! I walked away with a very sweet deal. Bill S. the finance mgr. met both of my parents and spoke to all of us in fluent Spanish. Bill S. also made sure I was making the absolute right decision and introduced me to some fabulous offers. Thank you Team Universal Nissan! Before the night ended, Eduardo made sure he explained some final details about the 2013 Nissan Rogue SV to me. He also knew that my father wasn't feeling well so he bought us a couple of power drinks and energy bars for the drive home. =) Eduardo also followed us home to pick up my down payment and to give me a very thorough tutorial on all the SUV's features. As technology changes with the times, some us of get left behind, but Eduardo pleasantly brought me up to speed. Our day started at Nissan at about Noon and we did not leave the dealership until 8:00 pm or so. Eduardo definitely went a step beyond what the typical sales man is known for. Eduardo is a genuine sincere guy and I very much look forward to continue working with him. Thank you again Eduardo, Norm and Bill for all of your time and patience throughout this very important process! More
My daughter was buying her first car on a very strict, $12K budget. We drove around the lot looking for the car we saw on the internet. The salesman couldn't find it. I suggested he phone the office but no one knew if it sold. Then he said there was a car on the lot that was in her exact price range. I was leery when the car didn't have the price on it. Fast forward to the negotiations table; the car was $3700.00 more than she could afford. Three hours into this, we left. I was angry and my daughter was extremely deflated. Her first car-buying experience was the stereotypical experience people associate with used car salesmen. Shame on you, Universal Nissan. More
We were in the market to buy a new car using my preferred discount, already arranged for by my current company as an employee incentive. After my first search online, I received a phone call from Chris inquiring what exactly I was looking for and how he could assist. We arranged for a time to meet, and he sold me a car. It may sound too simple, but that’s the way it happened! The experience was the easiest, most hassle free, most surprising business deal I have ever made!! At a car dealership you say? The answer is yes! Chris was happy to spend the time with us to go through the existing inventory to help select the exact model that was right for us. He explained the differences in features, prices, and comparisons of cars throughout the market. Once we found "the car" my preferred rate was honored without any question. I wasn't haggled, or overwhelmed with paperwork or hidden fees. Everything was presented in a clear concise manner. The final paperwork was expedited; we signed it and were out the door with our new car. However, not before everyone said thank you for our business and congratulated us on our new car! Not just our sales rep Chris, the receptionist, the general sales manager, other sales reps passing by in the halls, yes too. During the delivery of the car, Chris introduced me to anyone and everyone I may need in the future, the service associate and service manager who would book any future services to the car. He introduced me to his boss as well, and urged me to contact any of the people I met if I should need to. I didn't feel like I was at a car dealership throughout this sale. I felt as if I went to mall where I could peruse the merchandise at my leisure and then got to purchase exactly what I wanted, all while being gently assisted and pointed in the right direction. Thank you Chris!!! I love my new Sentra!!!! More
