I made an appointment to see Eduardo and was greeted promptly and he was very friendly. I went in to just browse and ask general questions. He made me feel at ease and there was little pressure. Afte promptly and he was very friendly. I went in to just browse and ask general questions. He made me feel at ease and there was little pressure. After test driving the vehicle, I had a few concerns. He brought the manager over and we discussed and resolved my concerns. Eduardo was extremely helpful and was able to get me a great rate and deal on my new car. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone searching for a vehicle. More

I had a very wonderful experience!!! I searced online for a Nissan Altima and I found one on Universal's website!!! It had a great price and very low miles!!! He immediately went to work and emailed me the information about the car. We set up a meeting time and I came in that evening and test drove the car. Both my wife and I were very pleased with our purchase and how smooth the process went.
