This dealership has the WORST customer service. I purchased in 07 a 08 Titan SE Flex. WITH A TOWING PACKAGE. here it is 2013 and I just now go to use the towing hitch and plug everything in and WOW t purchased in 07 a 08 Titan SE Flex. WITH A TOWING PACKAGE. here it is 2013 and I just now go to use the towing hitch and plug everything in and WOW there are no towing relays.... So I call in and was transferred to Sales where someone picked up the phone and left it off the hook. Well all I hear is a guy telling another associate that this customer is going to be mad there are no relays. So I hang up and call back again to be transferred to a sales manager Josh. He calls me back and tells me that they are 109 bucks and that he would do me a favor at his cost of 70 bucks... WHAT THE HECK... I bought this truck WITH TOWING PACKAGE and there trying to charge me for the towing relays??? More

I would like to edit my previous review. I was looking at many dealerships' websites and found a good deal online for a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. I made an appointment to see the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle even though it did not have some of the features I had hoped for. I noticed some issues with the vehicle as I was leaving dealership. The manager is working on having the issues repaired. I appreciate the manager's follow up with me. They want to provide good customer service.
