I was in the market for a new car, wanted to see what Nissan had to offer and visited Universal Nissan since we were in the area shopping. Was immediately greeted by a salesman who assisted us in lookin Nissan had to offer and visited Universal Nissan since we were in the area shopping. Was immediately greeted by a salesman who assisted us in looking at a new 2013 Altima. We already knew what model we wanted but let him describe them anyway, then went for a test drive. So we get back to the dealership and I ask him for his bottom line price. The salesmen gives me the MSRP plus various add-ons, basically saying the car would cost sticker price. I told him no one pays sticker price, and asked him again for his bottom line price. He says he needs to go visit with the sales manager. 15 minutes later he comes back and says he can sell it to me for $1000 below sticker price. I told him that's still way above actual sales prices found on websites like Edmunds dot com and TrueCar dot com. Now he starts going into how the car is in hot demand and Nissan's are such great cars and it's mpg is so good, blah, blah, blah, and they can't really do any better. So I asked him if that was his final price, and he said I could make an offer. I told him I wasn't there to play the back and forth, and back and forth again, and back and forth for the tenth time game, just give me your best price. At this point he was again with the I need to go visit the sales manager thing, but I told him we weren't really in the mood to sit around for another 15 minutes waiting and would just leave with the last number he gave. Then he was like let me go get the sales manager and we can all sit down together. I told him not to bother, if they didn't have a bottom line price they could give me any better than sticker price less $1000, there wasn't much need to continue, we were still boatloads away from actual sales prices. So I left and ended up buying completely online, agreed on a price for a new car elsewhere and just went in and signed the papers. And I got it for $500 below invoice, LOL! More

My experience at Universal Nissan was great and i would recommend buying a car here!!!! I had a very bad experience at Starling Chevrolet to the point where i was giving up on buying a car even though the recommend buying a car here!!!! I had a very bad experience at Starling Chevrolet to the point where i was giving up on buying a car even though the gentleman that was helping me at the beginning of the transaction had good customer service cannot say the same for the guy that is in the back office Tony he is very rude and wants to fast talk you into signing so you don't realize that they are not charging you the price you were promised and once he notices that you know math and know what you are talking about he gets super rude and he even had a very discriminating reaction. But on the other hand Eduardo Del Rio from Universal Nissan made it so easy and didn't go back and forth with prices he was clear straight to the point with the prices that fit my needs, i first called and asked about the car and on my way with the previous experience i had with there so called competitors i was ready to be played around with but on the contrar very easy and the price they gave me over the phone is exactly what i was told when i got there. Super happy customer definitely recommend Universal Nissan and Eduardo to everyone!!!!! More

On April 18, 2013, I purchased a Nissan Altima and Sarfaraz Ahmed help me along with his manager Deya. Both were very helpful in providing me with all the information on my vehicle. Hiram Rivera, in the finance department was amazing too, He informed me about all the importance on having extra coverage on my pre-owned Nissan, which I thank him for all the insight. The most outstanding service was on the 27th of April, when my battery died and only couple of days after purchase, I brought my car back to the dealership and Sultan Bash, took his time from his work and with all the patience took me to an auto parts store and replace the battery for me at no cost. I was so relieved that I had my car running again with out no problems. I encourage any one who is in the market to purchase a new or pre-owned car that this is the place where you want to go and buy it from, no question asked. Thank you guys for everything Mily More
