John Dias gave great respect to me in my recent purchase of my Murano. I had not purchased a new car in 15 years and there were many new functions to understand. He explained before test drive and when I left dealership and of course answered all my questions. I highly recommend him . My experience in financing is turning into a nightmare. I stated 3x I did not want any service plan. I was told it was not costing any more money to my monthly payment. I later noticed that plan cost $600 and notified and is separate from my monthly payment. I was told I need to return to dealership to cancel. I did and was given paperwork to fill out and send back to them WHEN I receive paperwork in mail on this plan. I live 30 miles from dealership. A wasted trip. I was also informed that I would receive a Nissan credit card and the payment of $600 would be taken. I have been told I will eventually get back my money. Since I called them within 24 hours and it appears I can cancel this plan, why would any company that customers spend tens of thousands dollars and look for not only their repeat business but ongoing maintenance punish those same customers for months ,when the stroke of a pen or a simple phone call could end a problem Its called good customer service.
