My Hyundai Santa Fe was recently totaled. In my search for the same car, I found the car I was looking for on Universal Nissan's website. I made a call to find out the price of the Santa Fe that I found for the same car, I found the car I was looking for on Universal Nissan's website. I made a call to find out the price of the Santa Fe that I found online. Eduard Del Rio was the person that I spoke to on the phone. Eduardo was helpful, professional and courteous with me in answering my questions regarding the vehicle. I had asked Eduardo to keep me informed on the status of the vehicle. The next day (not 24 hours later), Eduardo called me to inform me that the price had dropped and that if I was interested in the vehicle I should come look at the car as there were other members on his sales team who also had interest in the car. Knowing that I was extremely interested in this vehicle, I immediately left work and headed to Universal Nissan where Eduardo greeted me. I was able to purchase the Hyundai Santa Fe, only due to Eduardo's attention to detail and customer service phone call to me, making this an opportunity to me. If Eduardo hadn't called me, I would still be in search of the vehicle to purchase. I will also say that this dealership had priced the certified pre-owned vehicle better than the competition, as I had done my homework with price comparisons. Thank you Eduardo for a job well done! In fact, when we test drove the first car at the other dealer, he really didn't tell us anything about it other than a couple of features. John knew his stuff. He went from bumper to bumper on information about the vehicla and also all the warrenties. He had me sold at "hello" pretty much! :) I think he is by far the best salesman and I wouldn't even call him that. He is so much more than a salesman, he is now my friend and the person I will always go to, to by my vehicles. I bought the car there at a higher price, because of John Dias. Thank you, my friend!
