We spoke by phone to see if the dealership had a 2014 Nissan Rogue with certain packages. The salesmen went onto the lot to see physically if they had one and then called back.. We drove over and hour to see the vehicle and with traffic we were hour and half late..our salesmen called us in route and told us don't hurry he'd wait. We were more then pleased with the service of all but specially with salesmen John Dias..he helped to get us into a new Rogue and has twice call to follow up to make sure we are satisfied..all parts of the buying process went very smoothly..we would recommend this Nissan dealership to our friends. On January 18, 2014 I purchased a used 2013 370Z from Universal Nissan in Orlando, Fl. I had made 3 or 4 trips to the dealer to look at several 370Zs and was interested in a 2012 and a 2013. The salesman Universal Nissan in Orlando, Fl. I had made 3 or 4 trips to the dealer to look at several 370Zs and was interested in a 2012 and a 2013. The salesman explained that the 2013 was a Touring model which is the next model up from a basic and it is more expensive than the base model. He pointed out that the car had Brembo Brakes, the rear spoiler, the premium 19" wheels which is all part of the "Sport" package. During the negotiation period the salesman repeatedly told me that the car was a "Touring" model and what a great price I was getting for a "Touring" model. At one point he showed me a 2014 370Z parked out by the main entrance which was the same color as the one I was looking at. He said it was the exact same car I was looking at only a 2014. That car was a "Touring" model with the "Sport" package and the window stickers was around $43,000. I made the purchase thinking I was purchasing a 2013 370Z "Touring" with the Sports Package. It wasn't until my brother sent me an original Nissan brochure for the 2013 370Z, and I read through it that I realized that the car was not a "Touring" model but in fact a "Base" model with the Sports package. I contacted the salesman telling him how disappointed I was that he misrepresented the car to me he said he didn't know it was a "Basic" model. The sales Mgr called me and basically told me there was nothing he could do bu did admit that it was possible that the cars window sticker erroneously listed the car as a "Touring" model. In my opinion I was cheated and never would have offered the amount I did had I not been mislead that the car was a "Touring" model when in fact it is a "Basic" model. At this point I'm just waiting to hear back from an Attorney that handles car dealer fraud. More

Was told could turn in lease early to lease a new vehicle back on 7/31/13. Nissan corporate was going to pay last 3 months as part of a program running. Left old vehicle there, transferred plates, completed back on 7/31/13. Nissan corporate was going to pay last 3 months as part of a program running. Left old vehicle there, transferred plates, completed paperwork and left in new car. Months later receive bills from Nissan corp saying we still owe them those last 3 months. UNIVERSAL NISSAN never finished paperwork, sat on everything, and when they finally did the program was over so Nissan was chasing US THE CUSTOMER for the money. Been trying for months to have them correct but won't. Their General Sales Managers (Anthony Guillame) & Finance Director (Chip Calpey) both after reviewing said nothing they can do because now Nissan Corporate doesn't want to honor the promotion they were running since dealership dropped the ball. Nissan corp said they don't even have proof of us transferring plates which sounds like illegal. We the CUSTOMER now have to spend countless hours, shopping for legal council, and talking to Nissan corp for their mistake and Universal Nissan wants to now stick the customer with the outstanding balance. Got a call today from reg finance mgr that did our paperwork telling us too bad and you do what you have to do but they aren't going to fix it. AVOID THIS PLACE! More
