On my first visit, I met Frank Guerrero and he immediately made me feel welcome! He showed me what I wanted to see, and test drove the Altima. Not knowing what I wanted to buy, I left Frank with immediately made me feel welcome! He showed me what I wanted to see, and test drove the Altima. Not knowing what I wanted to buy, I left Frank without purchasing, but I was satisfied with my visit. I kept in touch with Frank because I wanted to return to perhaps test drive some more and come to a decision and he was prompt to return my calls and made time for me and this made me want to return and buy a car from him! A week later I returned, he welcomed me back like a friend, and I purchased my new '14 Altima. He even recommended for me to get my windows tinted and gave me a number, and now my car looks great tinted and I love it!! We spoke by phone to see if the dealership had a 2014 Nissan Rogue with certain packages. The salesmen went onto the lot to see physically if they had one and then called back.. We drove over and hour to see the vehicle and with traffic we were hour and half late..our salesmen called us in route and told us don't hurry he'd wait. We were more then pleased with the service of all but specially with salesmen John Dias..he helped to get us into a new Rogue and has twice call to follow up to make sure we are satisfied..all parts of the buying process went very smoothly..we would recommend this Nissan dealership to our friends.
