On my first visit, I met Frank Guerrero and he immediately made me feel welcome! He showed me what I wanted to see, and test drove the Altima. Not knowing what I wanted to buy, I left Frank with immediately made me feel welcome! He showed me what I wanted to see, and test drove the Altima. Not knowing what I wanted to buy, I left Frank without purchasing, but I was satisfied with my visit. I kept in touch with Frank because I wanted to return to perhaps test drive some more and come to a decision and he was prompt to return my calls and made time for me and this made me want to return and buy a car from him! A week later I returned, he welcomed me back like a friend, and I purchased my new '14 Altima. He even recommended for me to get my windows tinted and gave me a number, and now my car looks great tinted and I love it!! The price was great and also a big thanks to Chris Gallaghar who made the experience great! More
