Its been a while since we have bought new cars and we had forgotten how stressful this can be. We started our search Friday of last week and and visited, searched online, called several dealerships in the Orlando area. We were very disappointed and even angry with how we were treated by sales associates and even managers in these dealerships. When we called Eduardo, we noticed how honestly he was talking, the one thing that made us go to the dealership was how he even texted us a photo of the car we were looking for, just so we were confident that, in deed, they had the car. Once we got there we liked how organized is the dealership, and of course all the attentions Eduardo gave us. He is was great with us and made the experience of buying a car, an enjoyable one. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I started the process online and by phone speaking with Eduardo Del Rio about financing with NMAC. Everything he said on the phone was exactly what was being offered. Eduardo Del Rio went way beyond and above what one would expect from a salesman at a car dealership. I didn't exactly have a rosy view of car dealerships as I have had some bad experiences. But he assured me that wouldn't happen with him. He even went 25 miles out of his way to pick me up in Altamonte Springs and take me to the dealership where my paperwork was waiting. Then when it was time to see the Finance Manager, Josh Muniz, he helped me to understand that there would be no pressure or tricky tactics often heard about in Finance & Insurance.
