My recent purchase of a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder was a great experience and Chris made sure the price of the vehicle and the monthly payments would work for me and my family. the new addition of the food area is a great addition to the dealership while you wait. Overally Great Experience I had been wanting the Nissan Rogue with tan interior at a good rate. I am originally from Tampa and local dealers would not come through on bringing I had been wanting the Nissan Rogue with tan interior at a good rate. I researched inventory online and saw that Universal Nissan had the model, trim and colors I wanted to purchase. I spoke with John Dias on the phone who was very helpful in understanding that I was from out of town and wanted to purchase a vehicle they had on the lot right away. He saved the car so the sale would be hassle free when driving from Tampa to Orlando to purchase my new car. He was very helpful and got us set up right away so that I could drive the car off the lot that night! John was extremely helpful getting me acquainted to my new Rogue. He helped me set up my Bluetooth and understand all of the buttons in the car. Overall I really appreciated John holding the car that morning when I said I would purchase that afternoon if he saved it. Shows the employees are very trustworthy for people driving from out of town to purchase a vehicle. More
