Wonderful Car buying experience We came to Universal Nissan after being at another dealership. We were frustrated and beaten down when we walked through the door. We called Nissan on our way just to make sure they had the specific Infiniti G37 Journey on their lot that we were interested in. When we arrived, Cesar was already outside with the car pulled up waiting for us. Immediately we fell in love with this car. It was in fantastic condition and was everything we were looking for. The sticker price was more reasonable than the same car at the first dealership we shopped. Right away Cesar insisted that we test drive this vehicle. This was perfect. My husband hopped in and we went on the longest test drive I've ever been on! It was a good 15 minutes with many opportunities to see how the car handles. Cesar was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was cracking jokes with us and answering our million questions throughout the test drive, showing us awesome features we didn't even know about. Once we were back, we knew we wanted to "talk numbers". This process was the quickest we have experienced. Cesar knew where we wanted to be, and did what he can to stay consistent with KBB and there was no pressure throughout the process. Even though we couldn't get the price down to where we wanted it, it was definitely lower than the sticker price, and he gave us a significant amount for our trade-in. When we were weary about the differences between the price and KBB, the Sales Manager came over and chatted to us about why, such as the exterior and interior color, etc. We don't feel like we got a "great deal" but we have been looking for this car for YEARS and feel that we got an extremely fair price. Once we got into Mazine's office, he was super friendly. It was his birthday (and closing time) which may have made the process a bit quicker, but this is always the worst when they pressure you to purchase extra warranties, etc. He was very cool and laid back with no pressure from him. Again, he answered all of our questions when comparing warranties. We walked out of Nissan excited for our new (to us) G37 and suggest anyone looking for a new or used car to visit Universal Nissan! More
Chris Oliva was amazing. He worked magic and always kept us informed of what was going on. He knew everything about the Nissan Rogue and gave us whole tour and e was amazing. He had a lot of patience as we decided what we wanted and made our choices between colors and type of vehicle. Great Experience I bought a brand new Nissan Altima on 05/04/2014, and would like to say how effortless and wonderful my experience was with my Sales Manager Eduardo D I bought a brand new Nissan Altima on 05/04/2014, and would like to say how effortless and wonderful my experience was with my Sales Manager Eduardo Del Rio!!! He was very professional, and never pressured me to buy anything, he listened to my needs, and found the right deal for me!!! I never thought I would walk away with a brand new car because of my credit, but he worked very hard to make sure that I received the best deal possible. I would recommend my family members, as well as my friends when they ask about purchasing a car!! I love my new Altima and Nissan family!!! Keep up the great work Universal Nissan!! More
Be Smart and Don't buy from this Dealership Buyers, be aware of Universal Nissan. They have great sales Façade, where they treat you good while you are buying the car and then they use intimidat Buyers, be aware of Universal Nissan. They have great sales Façade, where they treat you good while you are buying the car and then they use intimidation, and pressure techniques to get you to sign quickly so you don’t notice the additional money they stealing from you. On our transaction, I brought my own finance, but they misled me to believe that using their finance was going to be beneficial for me. Once I received the loan document 3 weeks later I discovered they overpriced the car and billed to my loan. I called the Finance Manager and he said he will refund me that money. However, the Finance Director was very explicit to tell me that I should have used my own financing which was cheaper than what they offered. I will probably never buy another Nissan, just because of this horrible experience. Especially, never buy it from Universal Nissan. The only person that is worth anything in that dealership is Eduardo del Rio, but don’t ever trust their finance department, they will pressure you to get into something you don’t understand. At this point I have a claim with the Florida Department of Financial Regulation, and another claim with BBB. After you have read this statement, if you decide to buy from Universal Nissan at least you were advised of the risks that can happen. You will receive your loan documentation showing a higher amount from the out of the door price they quoted you. So at this stage is your decision, are you going to sponsor a dealership that uses low life type of practices to get rich from your money or you going to give your business to a company that will treat you with respect and have the time to explain all the details. Buyers, be aware of Universal Nissan’s fraudulent tactics on their finance department. More

Both Eduardo Del Rio and John Dias were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. I only spent about 3 hours at the dealership from the time I arrived to the time I received the vehicle delivered at my home. Everything was explained in details. They made sure I had everything I needed before I left the dealership. They made my experience very comfortable. I recommend this dealership and sales agents. They are great at what they do. I will be coming back once I decide to buy another vehicle. :) More
