I called in several days ago and spoke with Eduardo Del Rio who took the time to explain the different advertised sales that was being introduced by Universal Nissan. I felt comfortable enough to pay him a visit and after several hours I still wanted to visit other dealerships but he just overwhelmed me with his knowledge and kindness that we (my husband and daughter) ultimately decided to buy the vehicle with Eduardo at Universal Nissan. I was on my to Bill Ray Nissan because they were offering a great deal on the 2014 Altima so i decided to stop by Universal Nissan to see if I can get a better deal or similar. The experience at Nissan was the best I ever had at a dealership smiles and greetings from almost every associate.
