This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I started the process online and by phone speaking with Eduardo Del Rio about financing with NMAC. Everything he said on the phone was exactly what was being offered. Eduardo Del Rio went way beyond and above what one would expect from a salesman at a car dealership. I didn't exactly have a rosy view of car dealerships as I have had some bad experiences. But he assured me that wouldn't happen with him. He even went 25 miles out of his way to pick me up in Altamonte Springs and take me to the dealership where my paperwork was waiting. Then when it was time to see the Finance Manager, Josh Muniz, he helped me to understand that there would be no pressure or tricky tactics often heard about in Finance & Insurance.
