Universal Nissan responded

We regret that you were not satisfied with the transaction. For explanation - your deal was changed from one lender to another because the information provided by you on your loan application was not 100% accurate and the original lender required proof of certain articles in your application which you refused to or were unable to provide. We continued to represent you to lenders until we found a different lender that was willing to waive some of the stipulations. The alternative lender wanted to impose a higher interest rate and due to your relationship with your salesperson (being his personal mechanic), our GSM stepped in and adjusted your deal so that your payments would remain as originally negotiated. The new deal was rejected by you, not us and as such, we retain the right to impose fees to re-inspect and re-market the vehicle which you returned to us which totaled the difference of what was reimbursed to you. These charges were broken down and itemized to you even on a register tape which you agreed to at the time; the re-inpsection, the lot prep, detail and mileage were all disclosed to you. It is unfortunate that you claim that these items were never discussed with or explained to you when you indeed hold the contract that outlines these same items and stipulations.
