Stressful yet pleasant experience I was pleased at how my sales guy really helped me get what I wanted. I spent several hours there and left to come back a day later to spend several I was pleased at how my sales guy really helped me get what I wanted. I spent several hours there and left to come back a day later to spend several more hours but managed to get the car I wanted. My sales rep was very nice and helpful I would recommend him to all my friends and family. When I to purchase another vehicle I want this same guy. She helped me with everything she could and went beyond to make sure I got a reliable, affordable and good car. I'm so thankful for her help. The car was on license pending but then I needed more days to get what I needed so she did everything she could so I could resign and get a couple of more days that I needed so I could get this car . I would definitely recommend Alexandra to anybody I know that needs a car ,because it would be the best thing I could do for her and the person that I send her. She was so awesome with me. Most Helpful I recently visited Universal Nissan to browse their inventory and see what was available. He was so helpful throughout the entire process and I would recommend this dealership to everyone as there are no others like it. Their staff is courteous and and outgoing AND THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT.
