Awesome Experience My wife bought a car from Universal Nissan just 3 days before I went in a bought one for myself. We both used Eduardo Del Rio (salesperson). However, Eduardo made it pain free and actually fun. I was very picky about what packages I wanted in my new car and he went through each car on the lot in the rain and we narrowed down my choices by exterior color. He was very patient with me and went over my car in detail at delivery time. He also made sure everything was working correctly, lights, signals etc. He really has a lot of knowledge in the vehicles he sales at Universal Nissan. Eduardo Del Rio was my salesperson, and was awesome. He explained EVERYTHING to me in detail, leaving nothing undone. The dealership stayed open way after closing until I was finished in Finance. Not one time did I hear anyone complaining about staying past closing time. I have bought many, many cars in my life, and this by far was the most awesome experience. The food court area is a wonderful idea to have in a dealership. Not to mention the food, service and cleanliness is exceptional. Also, a nail salon-which is free if you buy a car. And most importantly Eduardo made me feel like part of the Nissan family. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Eduardo and this dealership. More
