Fast, easy & excellent I leased an Altima in 2014 and was interested in exchanging my lease to purchase something bigger. I went in for an oil change and left with a 2015 Ro I leased an Altima in 2014 and was interested in exchanging my lease to purchase something bigger. I went in for an oil change and left with a 2015 Rogue :-)! The service was amazing, especially with a 10 month old with me the whole time. Alberto was able to get me a great deal and work with what we were looking for! I would def. recommend a Nissan to anyone- especially coming from universal Nissan! More

Super friendly sta I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life, but have to say that buying a car from this dealer has been by far the best. Super friendly staff, neat facilities and fast service. After being rejected by another dealer who offered all kinds of perk but couldn't approve me, I went to Universal Nissan and did not have to be there all day, the process was fast and painless and most importantly, I was approved. Alexis Mangual (salesperson) was exceptional! He explained everything about the car I needed to know, guide me through the process and helped me get the car I wanted. He went above and beyond to help this deal happen. His manager Deya, and Finance person Josh were extremely helpful and friendly as well. I walked out of there with a brand new Nissan Altima with a special edition package. I am super happy and will recommend to my friends and family. More

Unethical practice I am a teacher. I went to get a purchase order for the residual on my lease. the lease clearly states the fee is $300 for purchase. they added on $7 I am a teacher. I went to get a purchase order for the residual on my lease. the lease clearly states the fee is $300 for purchase. they added on $789.00 for Dealer Pre-Delivery, even though I have the car already. After I presented them with a cashier's check, they tried to pull their own loan and deceive me into signing for one. More

Long story short he actually treated me unlike any car salesman has before. He was very nice and straight forward and actually took his time with me and before I knew it I found myself in a new car.
