He was quick and at the same time got us a better interest rate than expected. The whole experience was lengthy but good!!! More

I was out of there by 9 P.M. with a brand new car and happier than I could ever be! Chris Oliva sat down with me and my family since we got there and we went one step at a time. Making sure that we got all of the correct information. After this, he took us out to the lot to see what car I'd like and he made sure to tailor my wants to the perfect car match for me. I never felt rushed or like I was being deceived (like you do with other dealerships) and just felt a sense of confidence that I was going to walk out of there with the best deal possible. All of the staff we dealt with were polite and great! I recommend Universal Nissan to everyone I know. Their attention to the customers concerns/wants/needs is unlike any I've experienced elsewhere.
