I have always been treated as a valued customer and never just another sale. The entire staff is friendly and many recognize me by name when I come into the dealership. Hector Santiago (V.I.P. Sales) has been my sales person 3 times in the past 12 months - 2 cars for me and one for my son. As a woman, it is refreshing to be taken seriously as the decision maker, without having to have a man present. I have always received a great deal - price, trade in, interest rate which I have negotiated - and not being asked if I have check with my husband, and without high pressure tactics. The finance department is professional and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan. I am a customer for life - 25 years and counting. More
