George Velasquez was the dealer assigned to assist me, he had no idea what he was in for. I went directly after work and knew I wanted a sunroof. He showed me car after car but nothing grabbed my interest. I told him after a good nights sleep I will return, he didn't believe me. The following day I returned rested, not only did George do his homework to get me my sunroof but he found a way to get me in a new 2016 Nissan Sentra fully loaded for the exact amount I wanted monthly. His professionalism is definitely an asset for Nissan Universal. I would referr my own grandmother to George. Above and Beyond makes a customer feel appreciated and valued. Thank you! More
