This is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Universal Nissan, the staff has always been very friendly and welcoming without a bunch of gimmicks. I visited another local dealership (not Nissan) Universal Nissan, the staff has always been very friendly and welcoming without a bunch of gimmicks. I visited another local dealership (not Nissan) that had music blasting as you walked in the door in about 15 sales people who tried to jump on top of me, I appreciate that Universal Nissan conducts themselves as professionals. A big part of that great experience goes to my sales manager CJ, he's very friendly, professional and a man of his word, Universal Nissan should be very proud to have him on their team. More
