Update: It was quite a fight to get them to cover the diagnostic fee & took 2 months to get back to be seen. They did eventually cover the diagnostic fee. They said the GPS in ou r stereo went out & the diagnostic fee & took 2 months to get back to be seen. They did eventually cover the diagnostic fee. They said the GPS in ou r stereo went out & the entire stereo needs replaced. They quoted $350 plus labor & then later emailed saying oops sorry make the $4,000. I'm not totally convinced they didn't pull the wrong fuse while the car was on or something, but maybe it was just really bad timing. We're getting a second opinion elsewhere as that seems like an insane cost of labor when they said the part was only $350. Oh & they said the car would be done by noon. At like 1pm we had to follow up & the car was done but the advisor was at lunch. Really? No one else could have told us. SMH! Do NOT bring your vehicle here for service!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would! We brought our vehicle here for a recall repair and they returned our vehicle broken. They refuse to fix it and want us to pay their $99 diagnosis fee and for the repair. Again THEY BROKE IT!!!!! We never had this issue until they touched our car. We also brought it back within a couple of minutes to tell them what was happening. They spent about an hour trying to figure it out then said they'd call to schedule a repair after they researched how to fix it. You guessed it! We never heard back & it took 5 calls later before anyone called us back, and that's when they said we will have to pay for what they did. RUN as fast as you can away from this place! More
