When we finally got our truck back it was filthy dirty, had more scratches on it than it originally had, Also, when purchasing the vehicle Cory said we couldnt do a plate transfer & had to get a brand new plate, which I have never heard of, just a way to get more money out of us.IF I WERE YOU I WOULD JUST DRIVE RIGHT PAST US AUTOMART. They would not show me any prices (should have left then) but took me for a test drive in a small SUV. I got back, the price they gave me was $300/Month. Should have left then. Finally found a vehicle I could afford that met my needs, and within two days and less than 50 miles, the Check Engine light came on. They still wanted me to pay a deductible. I fixed it myself. 3 months later, a brand new exhaust needed to be installed. 1500 bucks more. They are con artists. DO NOT EVEN LOOK HERE. THEY ARE NO HELP AND WILL SCREW YOU. THEY CLAIM THEY GIVE YOU 3K FOR YOUR TRADE IN (CURRENT SIGN IN FRONT OF THEIR JUNKYARD AKA "LOT") BUT DON'T FALL FOR IT. MAKE SURE YOU AND YOU SIGNIFICANT OTHER BOTH UNDERSTAND THIS AND DO NOT GET SCREWED LIKE I DID. One more word of advise- I don't know this for sure, but on other sites, the positive reviews of this dealership were posted by employees. Be careful and research before you buy anywhere. worst experience ever I visited this dealer today looking for a used family SUV and was treated with total disrespect. The salesman was not friendly or helpful in any way not to mention the fact that their GM was in today and sat up in his chair never once offering to help when my husband and I were clearly unhappy and not getting anywhere with the salesman. We were first shown a car that wasn't even what we were looking for and as we waited we took a look at an explorer in the showroom when he returned we asked him about the car and he tells us that's not in your price range so let's not even look at this meanwhile we made it clear ifhe found the right vehicle with the right miles we were somewhat flexible with payments. So he proceeds to show us a vehicle he said was more our range and trys to get us to drive the vehicle which we refused before hearing a price he wouldn't tell us what they where asking. I let him know I had seen the same vehicle up the road at another dealer with all the add ins and in good condition so in order to compare I once again requested a price. He still gave me the run around telling me it's more important to drive it and I once again refused explaining to him it wasn't exactly what I was looking for but for a fair price I would consider so once again he goes in to speak to his GM comes back out and says in a rude tone well since this isn't what your looking for maybe you should just go up the road and buy the car you likes there and still didn't even bother telling us a price. His attitude was unbelievable he was short tempered and rude from the start. My husband and I left there furious and amazed that US auto mart is in business considering they are unprofessional rude and treat you as if you are wasting their time not to mention every car I looked at had something wrong with it. I don't know if he didn't take us seriously because we looked younger but his loss we went to Tom Clark right after they were friendly helpful and put us in a vehicle with no problem. I would not recommend this dealer to even my worst enemy I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and I will make sure I find any way to get the word out about this joke of a car dealership my next stop after this is the BBB website . DO NOT visit this dealership unless you want a rude and disrespectful excuse for a salesmen giving you the run around on a damaged vehicle. More
