I recently was on the market for a new vehicle. I had searched for a Subaru Forrester for about 2 months. I had visited several dealers, I won't say any names. Upon arriving I had told them what my budge searched for a Subaru Forrester for about 2 months. I had visited several dealers, I won't say any names. Upon arriving I had told them what my budget was for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, neither one of the previous 2 dealers were able to get me even close to what my budget allowed even though I had told them where I needed to be upfront. A friend of mine had recently purchased a vehicle from U.S. Auto Mart and suggested that I go there. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by a nice young salesperson. I began to tell him what I needed to accomplish, he told me no problem come on inside. We sat down and he asked me exactly what I was trying to do. I explained to him that I needed to be around $350 a month. To my delight he showed me a beautiful car and when we came back from the test drive, he got some coloring books to entertain my boys. We sat down and worked out the numbers and I could not believe it when he came back and told me that my payment was considerably lower than I expected. He congratulated me and I couldn't believe how fast and easy my experience truly was. Not only were they direct and to the point, but as we were doing all the paperwork the other salesman and even some of the managers were playing with my children and keeping them entertained while we finished up. I can't believe how fun fast and simple the staff at US Auto Mart made it for me to drive home in my new car. I recommend this dealership to anybody who wants a simple, hassle free car buying experience! Do not buy from US Auto Mart, they seem nice at first but once you need something they are no help. First off they do not return phone calls, after being told several times that a manger will call me he neve once you need something they are no help. First off they do not return phone calls, after being told several times that a manger will call me he never did and no matter how many times I called I never talked to the manger. The lady answering the phone was very rude and it seemed as if once they found out ur name they said the person you asked for was not available. Once I bought my vehicle from there, they said they Would clean it up, but it ended up looking worse then when I test drove it. When I confronted them about a fee minor problems they finally told me to go the a garage down the street to fix them. The garage they use was very slow and not very friendly, I waited over 2 hours for the problems to be fixed just for him to tell me that they could not fix it and have to order parts. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car or truck at this dealer. More

I'm in the market for a new vehicle and being that this dealership is so close to my home of course I'm going to check and see what they have. When we got there we were almost immediately greeted by a salesman and he began asking questions about what we're looking, our price range, and other very typical questions. We tell him we're looking for a used Jeep Wrangler, but we will consider other Jeep models and tell him our price range (which is less than 10k) and immediately he begins to argue that for our price we're not going to find that particular vehicle, even though there is a dealership right up the road that sells what we're looking for as well as for the price we want. Once he was done insisting that for our price we're only going to get a used vehicle beat to xxxx and back he asks a few more questions, more about preference this time like what colors to avoid, one of which was orange. Then he shows us an orange wrangler for nearly 20k over our budget! I understand they have a limited selection, but they had a silver wrangler that was close to our budget just a few rows away from the one he showed us, and when we asked about it he really couldn't give a reason as to why he wouldn't show us that vehicle. When we didn't take interest in a vehicle 20k over our budget he showed us one closer to our budget, but again not what we were interested in. It was an SUV (I can't remember which model), but it was something we weren't interested in. On each side of it were Jeeps (also don't remember which models) but they were close to our price. What we couldn't understand was how does a car salesman know exactly what you're looking for and not show it to you even though they have what you're looking for. This is our most recent experience with them, but we've gone there before and every time we meet a salesman that insists everything you know is wrong and they show you things you don't want/can't afford. And the manager even sided with the salesman and was pushing for us to buy the SUV we had no interest in. To sum it all up, they had what we were looking for, didn't show it to us, and wanted us to buy something we didn't want. If the employees had at least been friendly I wouldn't have been so bothered by the whole thing, but everyone was extremely unfriendly. They either wouldn't look at you or they would stare. And our salesman started off the whole thing badly by arguing that we could afford the vehicle we wanted. I guess I'll just take my business to another dealership or craigslist. More
