When I came here, the guys provided me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. I was looking for an older mini van because I knew my credit wasn't so great and the last dealership told me I couldn't get anything too expensive because of my credit score. These guys got me into a 2013 Dodge grand caravan with low miles and they got me a low monthly payment and a low interest rate! I am seriously blown away. I never would have thought that I would be driving home such an awesome Van. I brought it home to my children and they are sooooo excited, they absolutely love it! I am so grateful for these guys for treating me so kindly and working soooo hard to get me an awesome vehicle with a low monthly payment. I woke up today and still cant believe this is real life! RUN AWAY QUICKLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! First off, they show vehices on their website that ARE NOT on their lot!! Their excuse is the website isn' t updated. When DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! First off, they show vehices on their website that ARE NOT on their lot!! Their excuse is the website isn' t updated. When I initially called I asked for prices on several vehicles that were listed on the website and they said they could' t give me prices because if the vehicles needed extra things done to them, the price would go up. Don't you think the vehicles should have been checked BEFORE listing them??!. In reality, I believe it was because they never had most of the vehicles. Secondly, when I called and spoke to a sales person, I asked a specific question and he said he would find out and call me back in 20 minutes. When he never called me back I called again and spoke to a second person. We were interested in seeing several vehicles that I had seen on their website. I made arrangements to go to the dealership the next day. When we arrived, I said I was supposed to meet with the salesman that I had spoken to the day before and I was told he had a family emergency and had to leave. I then asked to see the first guy I had spoken to the previous day and was told he too had had an emergency and wasn't there. They sent me over to see a third sales guy. We spoke to him at length and even took a vehicle for a test drive. All of a sudden the manager(?) came over and said they needed to send the salesman that we had been with for over an hour to talk to someone else and they sent another guy to finish talking to us!!??!! Incidentally there were at least 4 or 5 trucks listed on the website that we were interested in but NONE of them were on the lot. They had one that wasn't on the website that they brought out to show us but it looked like it should have been in a junk yard. They also had 4 or 5 SUVs ( that we were specifically interested in) listed on the website but ONLY ONE OF THOSE were actually on the lot and when we asked to see it we had to wait because the secretary had taken it to pick up their lunch!!!! Kiddies..can you say bait and switch?!?? Also, they do not honor the Capital One preapproved auto loan vouchers. I woud NEVER recommend them to anyone! * JUST FOR THE RECORD THERE ARE ONLY TWO CHOICES LISTED BELOW FOR SALES PERSONS THAT WE SPOKE TO. I DID NOT DEAL WITH EITHER OF THESE PEOPLE AND I ATTEMPTED TO WRITE IN THE NAME OF ONE OF THE PEOPLE I ACTUALLY WAS DEALING WITH, BUT WHEN I WROTE HIS NAME IN AND HIT SUBMIT IT KEPT SAYING I NEEDED TO SELECT THE NAME OF THE PERSON, SO I JUST PICKED ONE SO I COULD SUBMIT IT. Called them the night before i was to go look at the truck to make sure it was still there since its a hour drive and didnt want to waste my time. They said that it was. I then asked them how long have you had that truck there and they said about a month. But in the pictures there are leaves on the trees and its early march so obviously the pictures were from last summer. I wanted to no why it has been there so long and he says ill find out and call ya back. About two hours later he calls me back and says acctuallly its not here anymore and fed me some xxxxxxxx story about how there switching website formats and thats why the truck is still on there website. He then says if i get another f-150 in ill give ya a call. And i told him ill never look at a vehicle there. It was all just really xxxxty More
BAIT AND SWITCH I discovered this dealership after finding a vehicle on their lot while searching through Auto Trader. I was looking for specific requirements (brand I discovered this dealership after finding a vehicle on their lot while searching through Auto Trader. I was looking for specific requirements (brand, mileage, price, color) so when they had the EXACT car I was looking for, I was ecstatic to say the least. I sent an email inquiry about the car asking if it was still available, and I received a reply shortly thereafter stating that it was. I called and made arrangements to see the car a few days later as I had to work and couldn't make the nearly one hour drive to get there until a specific day. Ended up running past the 'window' of time I expected to arrive after getting a late start on the day and the dealership called asking if I was still coming out and I said yes, we would be there as soon as we finished breakfast. While on the drive there, they called again to say the car I was interested in was 'out for a drive' and that they were sure it would be back when I arrived and to come on out. In hindsight, I should have just said call me back when the car gets back on your lot and THEN we will continue the drive out there, but I was REALLY interested in that car and wanted to get out there ASAP. Ten minutes later they called asking for an estimated time of arrival and I said approx. 40 min. We finally arrived an hour later (began snowing on drive out), so we pull in the car lot, don't see car. It's a BRIGHT shade of green, so it's hard to miss. We get out of the car, walk into the dealership, ask to see the sales rep I was in contact with, and he greets us and takes us back to his desk. Casual talk, asks for our info which he enters on a 'financing' sheet (which we don't need since we told them we had money on hand), then he gets up to say he was checking on the Mazda. After a wait, he comes back and says the guy still has it out for a drive (two hours have now passed mind you) because he wanted to take it home and show his wife. So they ask what cars we're interested in and I specifically stated I only wanted to see that Mazda 2 and that is why we came out. Asks if there is anything else I'm interested in and I say Mazda 2 or similar style hatchback. Asks our price range, said nothing over 10k out the door, no more than 80,000 miles, newer the better, four door, prefer hatchback. He then says he will see what they have, comes back, offers to walk us out to the lot, shows us cars WAY out of our price range (doesn't even suggest another Mazda 2 because you know what, those weren't on the lot either even though their website shows they have four of them), then amuses us by suggesting a little Fiat. Just looking at it I know it's too small, and the sales guy says well why don't we take it for a drive (figuring by now they were just trying to buy time since the car I wanted was out for a 'drive'). Lot was slippery as xxxx too and almost fell walking back to the showroom. For xxxxs and giggles I drove the car, (nice car mind you), but it wasn't going to work as I make frequent long trips to see family and my daughter and boyfriend were folded in the back seat like sardines. Drove the car back, and by the time we got back to the dealership it was snowing so hard you couldn't even see the cars in the lot right next to the windows. YIKES. Sales rep said he would check on the status of the Mazda 2 we came to see, was gone for a bit and won't you know it, the car is suddenly 'sold' when he comes back. By this time I was more annoyed than anything and the sales rep asked what we thought of the Fiat and my boyfriend and I both said NO, it won't work and it's not what they want. Sales rep leaves, gets the 'sales manager', and he comes back and sternly asks us what we didn't like about the Fiat and why we didn't want it. Told them our specifics, and the sales manager scolded the sales rep and said that car wasn't even in our budget. Can you say awkward silence. By this time we just had enough and if they couldn't provide what we wanted, we were leaving because there were other cars we wanted to look at that day (but couldn't now due to the crappy weather). The drive home in the Valentine's Day snow storm was BRUTAL (white knuckle inducing to say the least) and had I known this is what we were going to endure driving out there, I would have never risked the lives of my loved ones driving that far only to get stuck in that storm after dealing with such BS. Even now, a week after this ordeal, the US Auto Mart still has the 2011 green Mazda 2 listed on their website for sale (and AutoTrader), and when sending another email with a different email address asking about the green Mazda 2's availability wouldn't you know it, they respond with "yes, we still have it, why don't you call us to schedule a time to see it". Needless to say, my boyfriend and I ended up giving our 10k to Kenny Ross down the road. More
