The two gentleman that we dealt with (Mike McDowell & Ted Sonnie) were exceptionally friendly as well as professional! They made us feel extremely comfortable with the process. They made it easy to trust them. Today I happily drive my GMC Terrain with a smile on my face because of the wonderful experience of buying a car from the "Mart"!! They have absolutely won me over as a long-time U.S. Auto Mart client! More

Bait & Switch US Auto Mart has over 300 vehicles listed on their website, but only has about 50 on their lot. That is called bait and switch, and is AGAINST FEDERAL US Auto Mart has over 300 vehicles listed on their website, but only has about 50 on their lot. That is called bait and switch, and is AGAINST FEDERAL LAW. Also, every time that you call them and ask about a vehicle that you saw on their site that isn't there, they will lie and say that it is just to get you in the door to attempt to sell you a car. They charge way too much for their xxxxx. vehicles, and their service department charges double what the average dealership charges, and their performance is absolutely horrible. I DO NOT recommend wasting your time with this junkyard whatsoever. Word of advice to US Auto Mart: use the part of your brains that may still be functional, and stop being a shady dealership. What is about to happen to Big Daddy Auto Sales is EXACTLY what will happen to you if you don't get yourselves together. More

Dishonest My experience with them was horrible. Salesman were to pushy, the front desk lady was rude, Tom from finance has no clue what is going on and Ed from My experience with them was horrible. I bought a car that I had to trade in after 8 month due to transmission issues... Since I traded in the car I was entitled to a refund from US Auto Mart it has been 45 days and counting with no refund yet and Warranty Solution is no help either. They have been giving me excuse after excuse and run around after run around... I do not recommend buying a car from them..... I would love for the OWNER to contact me.. But they won't.... More
