Thanks! Took my car in due to a squeaking noise...which of course it didn’t make the morning I took there. The Service Tech checked it out and found that oil had splashed on the drive belt with a recent change (at a different service provider). He took the time to have it cleaned and also had my car washed. Much appreciated! More

Rude incompetence My car has been having a slow leak of coolant. Before I left my house, I checked to make sure the coolant tank was still full. After declining overpriced work, I was given back my car with no coolant in it. If I hadn’t pulled over within a block of leaving the service station to refill it, my car would have overheated. When I called to talk to the manager, Brandon, to ask for a refund, he said that because I declined service, they didn’t refill the coolant, even though I brought in a car in with a full tank of coolant. When I told him I thought allowing a customer to leave unaware of an empty coolant tank was negligent, he asked me if he should have replaced the old, incorrect coolant. He was rude and intransigent. More

Missed some work request.
