bad communication and was told there would be a courtsey car could not get a call back from anyone when i tried to get information on a jetta i dropped offs for repairs. my daughter was told the car would have could not get a call back from anyone when i tried to get information on a jetta i dropped offs for repairs. my daughter was told the car would have to be left overnight and a courtesy car would be available so she could get her kids to school in the morning. Based on this information she left the car to start repairs. The dealership called later to tell her the courtesy car was no longer available because it was reserved for someone else. they told her to rent a car,which she did this morning so the kids could get to school they called at 830 am to tell her the car was ready. why did she have to spend the money on a rental? i will say the dealership would pick up the tab on the rental after i complained this morning, well see More

Had a few minor issues with my car and it was overpriced I had a few things worked on in my car and after doing some research the things that they were replaced were really easy to fix and very cheap. For example I got a PCV value replaced on my 2011 Volkswagen it’s a cheap part and a 10 min replacement but somehow it costed me $500 dollars I will definitely never go there again and advise anyone else not to go either! Car-Net Feature I took delivery of 2019 Tiguan SEL. At the time of delivery the Car-Net feature was not accessible. I dropped of the vehicle at the Dealer. When I I took delivery of 2019 Tiguan SEL. At the time of delivery the Car-Net feature was not accessible. I dropped of the vehicle at the Dealer. When I picked up the vehicle I was told that the Car-Net Service was inoperable w/all Tiguan's. VW was aware. after some research, the issue was the the Dealer did not load the VIN Number correctly. As a new VW Owner, I don’t believe that this is the right way to build a long term relationship.
