Life saver I recently had an emergency late in the afternoon, stopped by assuming there would be no time to service my Tiguan. I was right but within 15 minutes I recently had an emergency late in the afternoon, stopped by assuming there would be no time to service my Tiguan. I was right but within 15 minutes I was back on the road in a very nice loaner vehicle!!! Didn’t even have to ask, my service technician Tom treats me right every time. We bought a 2019 Tiguan R-line from Lirim, let me just say he is one great salesman and just a great guy to talk to especially when buying cars! From the time we walked in we felt welcomed and like we were in the right place to do some business! Service The only complaint I have is that I was told by several tire places that bubble in my tire was a manufacturer defect and to return to VW for replaceme The only complaint I have is that I was told by several tire places that bubble in my tire was a manufacturer defect and to return to VW for replacement due to the fact that I have ZERO rim damage so they were able to conclude that I had not hit a pothole causing the bubble in sidewall. Unfortunately, VW said, that I did hit a pothole therefore, I had to pay for the tire replacement. However, I truly feel they just chose not to stand behind the tires they put on their vehicles bc as every tire place I went to gave me the same conclusion... If you hit a pothole you would also have rim damage from that type of impact thats causes bubbles. I may return to them in the future for my service however, this will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Tynan’s (this was my 2nd) More
