The only downside for me is that i live 3 to 7 hours west so that’s hard. The reason for using tynans initially was it was near the airport which i use often and because the vw dealer near me is serviced by technicians who kept damaging my car. (Last time almost $3000 worth.) but now, with several experiences at tynans, theyr’e my preferred service center. glad i found them. I can easily recommend them to others. Thanks. More

Someone who actually takes the time to analyze your NEEDS.. I worked with Alex to find a new VW to replace a recently purchased, but totaled VW Jetta. I wasn't sure initially if I was going to get the exact sam I worked with Alex to find a new VW to replace a recently purchased, but totaled VW Jetta. I wasn't sure initially if I was going to get the exact same car, or if I would expand my horizon, and try a passat or golf. Alex immediately helped me pinpoint my NEEDS in the new car to narrow down some options. The first car he showed me I was ready to buy off the lot, right then and there. Yet, Alex reminded me not to act on impulse, and try some other options just to compare....Which in the long run really helped me out. I eventually made the decision to get a jetta that meets my needs and MORE. It was an upgrade from my last car, and still perfectly fell in line with the NEEDS Alex helped me identify. Price being at the top. I would recommend Alex's services to anyone in search of a VW. He not only knows his stuff, but knows how to read people to figure out the NEEDS they may not have initially expressed.
