Fraud- scam- poor customer service On February 24 i began the process of buying a used car. The car i picked needed struts, brake pads and a new heat wiring system due to the seat warm On February 24 i began the process of buying a used car. The car i picked needed struts, brake pads and a new heat wiring system due to the seat warmers not working. I expressd my concerns to my sales man dj as well as the sales manager who assured me these things would be fixed.. they then put me in a loaner car to use till they could figure things out. I finally spoke with the service team and they told me they were only going to fix the seat warmers. Again i went back to the manager and the salesman to get somethings out of my car.. They met me outside, where i recorded our conversation in which Greg alore told me he would like to get paid for the car and to just tell the bank im good with the car and push the deal thru.. I said nope, took my things and left..i reported the conversation to the bank they were just as shocked. I picked up the car had my mechanic look at it he said not to buy it. Called the bank cancelled the loan took the car back. Sales manager had the nerve to ask if i wanted to make a new deal. I declined and just asked for the down payment of $500 back.. still waiting on that . I will be reporting this company More

Above and beyond I purchased a new 2017 Passat SEL in January 2018. It needed the drivers door adjusted as air was passing the seal. Tech fixed the problem quickly. Th I purchased a new 2017 Passat SEL in January 2018. It needed the drivers door adjusted as air was passing the seal. Tech fixed the problem quickly. The right front wheel was curbed with only 11 miles on the vehicle when purchased. I noticed the curbing at 197 miles. Jim Tynan had the wheel restored, at no cost and no questions asked. He didn't have to do this but did. This is the third car I have purchased from Tynan's and if needed won't be the last. More
