Whichever representative you get dictates your experience The representative I got when I walked I. Was rude condescending and could careless. He tried charging me for something covered by warranty. He then told me he couldn’t tell me if it was or was not covered and I had to sign papers to get things going. Then he asked if I waiting or coming back for My car and said I shouldn’t wait it would be an all day thing and never offered me the shuttle or a loaner car. He then went to to my car and wrote down the information wrong so he had to re do everything all over again. I would never go back to deal with some rude dishonest and someone that could care less about their job or helping make sure my needs for getting my car were met. I finally got fed up with this guy and I asked to work with someone else because he clearly wasn’t helping. I then worked with mark. Mark was above and beyond any expectation I ever had. He went out of his way to Make sure my needs were met and my car was fixed properly. He even offered me a loaner car to make sure they could be detailed and take the time to do nessisary repairs. If it was not for mark I would not go back to have my car serviced at the dealership. More
