In 2000 I purchased a Jetta from John Tynan, in 2009 I purchased a Tiguan (first year of the Tig model), in 2013 my son purchased another Jetta, last year I purchased a used 2015 Passat TDI SEL, and last week I purchased a 2016 Tourareg TDI. Worst Experience of My Life When I leased this new car I was hoping for a smooth transaction, but no, it was far from smooth. Everything went well right after I signed all financ When I leased this new car I was hoping for a smooth transaction, but no, it was far from smooth. Everything went well right after I signed all financial form for the new car. I was told it would only be about 30 more minutes until the car is ready. I proceeded to wait another 3 hours! When I finally got the car, I had to schedule a day for getting my windows tinted (part of the lease agreement). I was told to arrive on that Saturday at 10:30 and was told it will be done at 13:00. I went to run some errands while they work on it. I gave them a call at the agreed upon time and they said it will be done at 16:00. At this point I'm fuming as they are wasting my time and there is no sign of sincerity in their monotonous apologies. I showed up at 16:00 only to be told its not ready. I proceeded to wait at least another 2 hours until they're done. They told me that there was a recall on some part on this new car and that I would need to bring it back. I hestitated but agreed. We agreed that I would show up Tuesday(10-16-2018) and I would get a loaner seeing as I need to go to work. I got to the dealership this morning, at the right time and was giving my keys over so they can do the work. I asked about the loaner and they said they don't have any. As I was about to lose my cool, I asked if the courtesy shuttle would take me. That was a flat out no, because that was out of the 10 mile range. I mean xxx type of service is this?! I was given a bad apology saying it was sales' fault not theirs. Since when is a business going to be separated like such that there is no responsibility on the company as a whole? If there is a disgruntled customer, don't just shrug and blame someone else. Get a manger and fix it! I took my keys from him and left. I will NEVER return to this dealership again and I will make sure I tell as many people as possible. More

Short wait time, very expensive I like to take care of my cars. But the service charges are so expensive. 90 dollars for a oil change? 20 dollars for a battery replacement in a Fab? The battery alone costs 2bucks, so that would mean I'm paying 18 bucks for someone to put it in.... Either way service was good and quick no issues no bumps. More
