Emich VW sold me a ‘certified preowned’ 2011 Tiguan in 2014. This car turned out to be a lemon, likely because a previous owner put windex in the coolant system but did not disclose this to me. After having it serviced repeatedly there, I finally transferred it to Tynan’s VW Service, Tom Tran took excellent care of my old Tiguan until on Sept 30th it broke down with catastrophic damage. I worked with Lorri in Sales & Chris in Finance. They were able to get me a lease for a new 2018 pearl black SE Tiguan. I love this car & the price was in my budget, they really worked with me through a difficult situation given that my former car was beyond what I could afford to repair. More

I was reluctant to coming back but I must say I am sure glad I gave them another shot. Brandon the service manager went above and beyond to take care of me as a client and my vehicle. Xsavier and Tom in the service department were so friendly even though they were slammed. They still made sure everyone was serviced in a polite and professional manner.
