Basic inspection I went in to get my front right blinker replaced and a tire pressure light. As frustrating as this was, to say the least, Brandon was very understanding by offering me a rental at no charge to me, and assured me he would resolve the issue, which he did. I would rate his service 5 stars, the service itself I'd rate 3 stars. My car was also set for an aur flow inspection, which never happened. More

Heater not working properly. Everyone was courteous! The problem I’m having is the small air vent to left of steering wheel starts out with warm air but turns cool air after abo Everyone was courteous! The problem I’m having is the small air vent to left of steering wheel starts out with warm air but turns cool air after about five minutes. They told me to allow vehicle to warmup and to use the ‘sync’ button. I drove the car today to work, about twenty minutes, the vent gave cool air after five minutes and never returned to warm air. The vent to right of steering wheel works great, gives warm air the entire trip! Maybe I will try VW on Colorado Blvd. More

Really Really Fun I took my leased 2016 Jetta in for oil change. While waiting, I asked about what was happening with the Bugs and the end of production. I wanted one and was concerned about missing out due to my lease time frame. I had met Mr.Tynan when I leased my Jetta. He was there this time as well. He explained that if the numbers made sense, I may not have to wait till my lease was up. I looked at some Bugs that they had in stock, the numbers worked and I walked out with a fabulous red Beetle. I had a blast. It was for a 2nd time, a fun and easy experience. THANKS Mr. Tynan and Lorrie Morgan (my sales specialist) for a really nice afternoon. I LOVE the snappy red Bug!!! More
