They fixed my seat belt this time after it stopped functioning when the new sunroof was put in. They clarified the seatbelt wasn’t working as a result of a mistake in the sunroof installation and fixes it at no charge. I love ?? these guys. More

I wanted my repairs by VW, Brandon Phifer is the best I've had a lot of work completed at this shop because I want VW parts and most especially, VW trained technicians. My 2002 New Beetle had the majorit I've had a lot of work completed at this shop because I want VW parts and most especially, VW trained technicians. My 2002 New Beetle had the majority of the suspension replaced and it now steers tighter than ever, very nice. My two times working with Brandon have been professional, friendly and very helpful. Revisit Had to return for something that was supposed to be fixed. When approached to let me know the work was done I was basically told I had caused the issu Had to return for something that was supposed to be fixed. When approached to let me know the work was done I was basically told I had caused the issue because I "must have hit something else" since I had brought the car in the first time. When I said I had not, I was then told " well you weren't charged to fix it" and "the hardware that had been installed was missing and had to be replaced " I am more than willing to take responsibility for something I am at fault for but I don't think I was responsible for this and did not appreciate the way it was presented to me as if I was. I was very honest about what had happened when I brought it in the first time and my car was at the dealership for three business days at that time. I had also asked the service person if they could provide before and after pictures which was not done and might have been helpful in this case - I am usually pretty pleased with the service at this dealership - just did not like being blamed for something I did not do. More
Came in for locking lug key Came in for locking lug nut key mine was missing from a vehicle I just purchase, the parts department said it’s not available for purchase and I would Came in for locking lug nut key mine was missing from a vehicle I just purchase, the parts department said it’s not available for purchase and I would have to see the service departs to have this removed. Went straight to service desk and the man at counter informed me it’s $80 dollars, I asked to just borrow the key for a moment as the car is out front. He said they don’t do that. I have to get tires so needed the lugs removed and decided to go ahead and do the service which he then informed me takes an hour. I pushed back on the price and time but he said that’s the cost and time. Seems like price gouging for a very simple easy 5 minute procedure. Will not be coming back. More
