Warranty work I was supposed to have my car get an intake manifold fixed. I was told it would be a four hour job. It turned out they needed two days to even get to it after I made the appointment, and even then they didn’t call me to say it was done. I had to come back twice to get the car after they didn’t know it was done the first time. Bad lack of communication. More

Only the best! When it comes to car dealership or service centers, I’m not very trustworthy as there are so many dishonest ones out there. I called Tom in service slightly panicking as my engine light had come on! I knew I was overdue for my 80k service. He made an appointment for me & told me approximately what the cost would be. Letting me know as well of coupons on their website! He had a loaner vehicle all ready for me so I could get to work the next day. My car was ready to role the next afternoon, everything fixed & was even less than what I was expecting to pay! Thank You Tynans for being honest, trustworthy, helpful, friendly & accommodating!
