Outstanding customer service! I took my Jetta in for an oil change and routine maintenance. The staff at Tynan’s went out of their way to take me to work and pick me up. When additional service was needed, they provided me with a loaner car at no charge and kept me updated on when the repairs would be completed. Came in last week because car was stalling periodically. After replacing the speed sensor, the car was running good, it was then that the air conditioning went out. Slight hiccup Everything was as expected except that my Adblue warning was on and they never mentioned topping it off and when i left, the warning was still on. Had a few minor issues with my car and it was overpriced I had a few things worked on in my car and after doing some research the things that they were replaced were really easy to fix and very cheap. For ex I had a few things worked on in my car and after doing some research the things that they were replaced were really easy to fix and very cheap. For example I got a PCV value replaced on my 2011 Volkswagen it’s a cheap part and a 10 min replacement but somehow it costed me $500 dollars I will definitely never go there again and advise anyone else not to go either! More
