Poor work I took my car in because of a particular problem with my convertible top. They told me the car was ready so I went to pick it up, and the same problem I took my car in because of a particular problem with my convertible top. They told me the car was ready so I went to pick it up, and the same problem is happening. We left it at the dealership for two weeks, we were told it was ready to be picked up, we pick the car up, and we’re going to take it across country to California. Another problem presented itself, so we took it to the dealership in Northern Colorado. This dealership said the light for the Convertible top was on again indicating a problem with it. The original problem is clearly still not fixed. More

Incompetence after car is purchased Jim is very nice, Mario sold us a great car, but Chris was rude when we discovered title paperwork was filled out incorrectly. We have been back and forth MANY TIMES with the DMV (and had to go there TWICE in addition to BACK TO AURORA to get a new temp plate) because the clerk/whoever is INCAPABLE of putting the correct address on paperwork. I am so frustrated by this waste of time due to failure to pay attention to detail. We currently do not have our title or plates an we purchased the car 3 months ago. I am on the phone now, making my 8th (!!!!) phone call with the issue unresolved. More

I brought my vehicle in for 2 specific items but they have the vehicle a complete inspection and ma The service was prompt, friendly and no pressure. Being able to choose what services you want completed online was great. The items that I brought it in for were taken care of and for a lot less than I expected. I guess that comes with being knowledgeable regarding the vehicle which you won't always get at generic shops. I will be back. More
