Bad experience. I am very upset with the service I have received at the dealership. I always take my car here and this is a first that I have received subpar service. I am very upset with the service I have received at the dealership. I always take my car here and this is a first that I have received subpar service. I made an appointment with Tom and it took a week to get in. I dropped my car off for oil change alignment and trunk issues. When I dropped it off I was expecting Tom but was told he is on vacation. So, I leave it with some other gentleman and he gets me checked in. I get a text for some additional work and I approve it and send it back. I hear nothing from The service department. I am the one who finally has to call today two days later check on the status. When I call I find out yet again I have yet another service advisor. I just expect a little more communication in general. When I spoke to the gal that is my advisor she has no clue what is going on and claiming she is slow because she has a cold. She has to go check on my car and call me back. Well she finally tells me the oil change and alignment got done but nothing else and on top of that the parts for the trunk are not in and will take an additional 2 days!!!! This is upsetting because it’s been there 2 days and the work I approved has not been done nor had I been contacted regarding the status. I had been without a car for two days and no end in sight unless I called and said I need my car while I wait for parts. Lastly, I approved these issues early same day I received the message and here it is after 2 pm the following day and my car is still not in the shop getting worked on. I can only assume it just sat there all day and they waited for me to call to prompt service. I am just very disappointed. Lastly she mentioned she would take care of one of the services for me and that didn’t happen either. So overall I had a rough experience which is unlike this dealer. More

Missed the details The car was/is great. Sales process seemed a little old school with a lot of offers then takeaways which isn’t a good feeling. I flew in from out o The car was/is great. I flew in from out of state and said the exact time I would arrive (a week after the sale) The little details that stuck with me: - paperwork wasn’t prepared - the “full tank of gas” was 3/4 full - the detail was pretty weak - a few misc things we negotiated like adaptors we’re not ready (or order) - multiple follow ups were required to get the missing stuff. - Dmv in California never received paperwork even after following up with finance team.
