First great experience with a dealership I’ve purchased ~10 cars in my life and this was the first pleasant experience. Tynans was one of three that actually read the request and responded accordingly (all dealers responded but most clearly did not read or care about my needs). Tynans (John and Stephen) responded promptly and very specifically; there were absolutely no “games” played and they treated me very fairly, openly, and honestly. The finance person (Mike?) was very similar. All in all, trading in a car, purchasing a new one, and financing it was incredibly simple, for a change. I will go directly to Tynans next time that I need a car. If you think that this review sounds too positive to be true, you’re wrong. It’s completely true and I’m trying to be very honest and thorough as something of a repayment for a first-ever pleasant car buying experience. More
