Great service as alway. Brought my car in on President day. They were fully booked. But Shane said he would try his best to get me in. Sure enough, he calls at 4:45. All is good. Volkswagen charges so much more labor then the actual products. It is unbelievable. If I'm paying more for labor than anything else then I might just go to other dealers to fix a small issue on my car fo products. It is unbelievable. If I'm paying more for labor than anything else then I might just go to other dealers to fix a small issue on my car for a better amount when it comes to labor. Especially for oil change they should not be charging me that much for labor. Now I'm not even going to go back to Volkswagen for anything. More
