EVERYONE in your service area is fantastic. This visit I interacted primarily with Shane, who is awesome and so focused on customer experience. He always keeps us in the loop with what is happening to the vehicle and this time and everytime we work with Tom, the experience has been excellent. They never actually fix anything and they always try to charge thousands of dollars and tell you the warranty won’t cover the repair. Great service. Professional and timely wok on vehicle. I came in to have service-AdBlue placed in car, the systems were down and there was a wait. You go many places and see frustration on employees when computers or systems are down. I LOVED working with them. I have several bad experiences at other VW Dealerships and they by far exceeded my expectations. I did not have to wait to get an appointment with the service advisor and then get at other VW Dealerships and they by far exceeded my expectations. I did not have to wait to get an appointment with the service advisor and then get an additional appointment for the mechanic to look at it which is what I’ve had to do at other places. Tom and the rest of the staff went out of their way to contact my warranty company and just overall get everything repaired as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back. More
