I appreciate the service I had. I had a new turbo I appreciate the service I had. I had a new turbo installed but as I left the facility , I felt the car is now jittery and sluggish and vibrates too I appreciate the service I had. I don’t know if these issues will go away as I drive it more or if they’re permanent but the latter would be very disappointing after I paid almost $3800 for the repairs and now the car is no longer smooth to drive. First, I was disappointed in the Service, or rather lack thereof from Shane, the Service Advisor. Secondly, contacted John Tynan and he did at least assist me with providing some follow up and provided one thereof from Shane, the Service Advisor.
